Meet The Jam Makers

Ellie founded Jam Virtual Support in 2023, combining her legal background with a passion for providing flexible, practical support to busy legal professionals.

​

With a Law degree and professional paralegal qualifications, Ellie has experience working within the legal sector, including paralegal experience at Magic Circle law firm. She now works closely with solicitors and legal professionals across a range of practice areas, providing paralegal and legal assistant support.

Since launching Jam, Ellie has grown the business from a one-woman virtual assistant service into a specialist legal support team, helping lawyers delegate more, manage their workloads and focus on the work that needs their expertise.

Eve brings over four years’ experience in fast-paced financial services environments, with a strong background in administration, compliance, onboarding and stakeholder support. She has managed high-volume workloads, including responsibility for onboarding documentation for hundreds of contracted staff, right-to-work checks, contract administration and maintaining accurate and confidential records.

At Jam, Eve brings these skills into the legal sector, supporting our lawyers and legal clients with the day-to-day administration that keeps matters organised and moving. 

Sarah brings several years of hands-on experience working within law firms, including almost four years supporting the Partner of a Family Law department. Her experience covers family law, employment law and reparation matters, where she was responsible for audio typing, preparing correspondence, speaking with clients and arranging appointments.

She also previously worked as a Legal Secretary within another solicitors’ firm, where she gained experience using legal case-management software, managing important correspondence and supporting the day-to-day running of a busy legal practice. At Jam, Sarah uses that experience to provide practical, organised support to our legal clients, with a particular strength in legal secretarial and administrative work.

Rob is highly experience IT expert and helps us when turning it on and off doesn't work! He also provides invaluable strategy support for the business, along with helping on the recruitment side for new team members.  

Jay is our expert business strategy consultant, dedicated to refining the business vision, generating fresh ideas, and creating sustainable growth strategies. With a keen eye for opportunity and a talent for problem-solving, Jay works closely with us to develop clear action plans that drive results.

Jasper provides us with daily emotional support, and is always silently in the background of our Teams calls in the office, taking mental notes. He takes his role very seriously. He also holds us accountable for getting our daily steps in! We'd be lost without him...

Lola is Sarah’s four-legged assistant and an important member of the Jam team. Her key responsibilities include boosting morale, providing unlimited emotional support and making sure Sarah takes regular breaks from her desk. She accepts payment exclusively in treats and belly rubs and takes her role extremely seriously...
