Ellie is fantastic support for our business. It's difficult to find a virtual assistant who understand the property sector, and I have found Ellie's knowledge of the industry irreplaceable. She has helped us manage our large property commercial and residential portfolio effortlessly and has gone above and beyond to suit to our business needs.
Ellie introduced us to new software that solved our clunky admin problems, so we now have all the information and files in one place relating to each of our properties, in an easy-to-read, and accessible, format. She also automated a lot of our reminders, so we never miss deadlines and can always be assured we stick to landlord regulations. I worked with Ellie for approximately 9 months in 2024. She really helped me with the administrative side of my business – sorting invoices for VAT returns, preparing emails and CHAPS transfer forms, and many other tasks.
She was also great with new business – being a first point of contact for new clients – as well as providing cover me whilst I was on holiday. This was very helpful for a small business, as it gave me comfort to know that someone was there to check in on things whilst I was away.
