Terms and Conditions for Online Calendar Booking

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made via my online calendar. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Booked Slots
All booked slots must be booked through the provided online calendar system. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been successfully made. You also have the option to add this to your calendar.
We do request that, if possible, you are available for any questions we may have during this booked slot so we are able to complete the work. If you are not going to be available, please let us know as soon as possible.
Timings
We will try our best to complete the work requested within the booked time slot. However, if we think this may take over the allotted time, we will let you know as soon as reasonably practicable, and suggest booking in further slots at a time suitable to you to complete the work.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
We reserve the right to bill cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice at 50% of the total time booked out.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel your booked slot. If this occurs, we will provide as much notice as possible and will rearrange the slot.
Booking in Accordance with your Package
Please ensure you book in accordance with your package. If you are ad-hoc, please ensure you book on the ad-hoc diary, and vice versa. If you book onto the incorrect package, we reserve the right to cancel this slot.
Payment
Your payment terms will remain as agreed in your terms and conditions pack provided upon onboarding.
Urgent and Out of Hour Slots
Per day, there is one hour available labelled as 'Urgent' during the hours of 9-5pm. This is available to both ad-hoc and retainer clients.
Per day, there is also an out of hours slot available from 17:30 - 18:30. The charge for this slot is also 1.5 x the agreed hourly rate per hour for all packages.
No-Show Policy and Handovers
If you do not attend your booked slot, without prior notice, this may be treated as a no-show. No-shows may not be eligible for rescheduling and you may be charged the full amount of the booking.
It is your responsibility to ensure a thorough handover is provided. This handover must provide us with the required information to enable us to complete the work. We are not able to review the handover prior to the booked slot.
If you do not provide us with all information reasonably required to complete the task, we may not be able to complete the work however we reserve the right to charge for the booked slot in full.
Technical Issues
If technical difficulties prevent the session from going ahead (e.g., internet outage or software failure), we will arrange a suitable alternative time at no extra cost.
Use of Information
Any personal information you provide through the booking system will be used in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to decline or reschedule any booking at our discretion, particularly if the service requested is outside the scope of what we offer.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Please check this page for the most current version before booking.
